Certified Diamonds: All diamond and gemstone pieces come with a certificate of authenticity from globally recognized laboratories (like IGI or GIA).
Honest Weight: The exact net weight of the gold and the carat weight of diamonds will be clearly printed on your final invoice. You only pay for what you receive.
3. Pricing & Payments
Live Market Pricing: Because the global price of gold changes daily, the final price of your jewellery is confirmed only when you make your payment at checkout.
PAN Card Requirement: In compliance with Indian government regulations, a valid PAN card is mandatory for any single transaction exceeding ₹2,00,000.
Custom Orders: If you order a custom-designed piece of jewellery, a non-refundable advance deposit is required before our artisans begin production.
4. Shipping & Insurance
We take full responsibility for the safety of your jewellery while it is on its way to you. Every package dispatched by S Malhotra Jewellers is fully insured. Our liability ends only when the package is safely delivered and signed for by you at your doorstep.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your heirloom. We offer a simple 7-day exchange policy under the following conditions:
Condition: The jewellery must be completely unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, boxes, and certificates intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made designs, specially resized rings, and personalized engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Quality Check: Once returned, our master goldsmiths will verify the weight and purity of the item before processing your exchange or refund.
