1. Where We Ship

We currently provide secure delivery to all pin codes across India. If you live outside of India and wish to make a purchase, please contact our store directly so we can make special international shipping arrangements for you.

2. When Will My Order Ship?

We take time to ensure every piece is perfectly polished and securely packed before it leaves our store.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for items currently in stock will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Custom & Bespoke Orders: If we are handcrafting a custom design or resizing a ring for you, please allow 7 to 12 business days for the item to be made and dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs & 100% Insurance

For your absolute peace of mind, every single package is fully insured by us until it is safely delivered and signed for by you.
  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer completely free standard shipping on all orders across India.
  • Secure Couriers: Because jewellery is highly valuable, we do not use standard postal services. We partner only with elite, high-security couriers that specialize in transporting precious goods.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched from our store in Mandi, here is when you can expect it to arrive:

  • Himachal Pradesh & Nearby States: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Major Metro Cities: 3 to 6 business days.
  • Remote or Rural Locations: 5 to 9 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your jewellery leaves our store, we will send you a secure tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp. This will allow you to monitor your package's exact location at any time.

6. Receiving Your Package

Because of the value of the contents, our delivery partners will require a physical signature and valid ID proof upon delivery. Before signing for the package, please check our special tamper-proof seal. If the package looks opened, crushed, or tampered with, please refuse the delivery immediately and contact us.

7. Unexpected Delays

While our delivery network is highly reliable, rare delays can happen due to bad weather, natural roadblocks, or regional issues. If a delay occurs, our team will proactively reach out to keep you updated on the status of your order.
